Current Account Card
This is the section, where current accounts are defined.

Current Account Code
In order to follow the current account to be defined in the program, a code number with maximum 15 characters is given.
Determined code should be in a structure that will ease the operations in the reports taken from the program.
For example, determine codes starting with “C” if the Customer and “S” if the seller is to be defined. A code that is relevant for the title of the current account can also be given. If such a coding is adjusted, current account operations can be followed easier and quicker.

Account Name
Title of the defined current account is entered.

Current Account Card Generals
This is the section, where general explanations concerning the current account are defined.

Accounting Counter
Relevant accounting counter code concerning the defined current account is entered. (120, 320, etc.)

Fixed Term Option

Fixed term designated for the current account is entered.

Interest Rate

Monthly interest rate that will be applied to the current account is entered.

Discount

Discount rate that will be applied to the current account is entered. It is displayed as default at the receipt entries.

Credit/Risk Limit

Risk limit for the current account is determined. It prevents to make any operation above the determined value in this field.

Cheque/Note Risk Rate

Risk rate in relation to the cheque / note operations is determined.

Price Table
The price to be applied for the defined current account is selected among the defined prices in the inventory card in this section. Selected price is displayed as default on the unit price field of the delivery and order operations.

If the third price is selected at the price table, this unit price is displayed as default at the inventory operations in relation to the current account.

Current Account Card Address Details
Invoice, address and telephone details concerning the current account are defined. (Tax Office, Tax Account No, telephone, fax etc.).

Details defined in this section are automatically reflected to the delivery list outputs.

Current Account Card Special Fields
There are three separate explanation fields about the current account in this section. Required explanation concerning the current account is entered. Defined explanations can be displayed on the reports and outputs concerning the current account.

In the special codes section, 10 different alphanumeric and 5 different numeric fields in relation to the current account can be defined. Special code title details are defined at the SentezXL Setup Software/ Current Account Parameters section.

Defined special codes are displayed automatically on all filters in relation to the current account. Reports can be taken by making limitations on these filters.

Current Account Card Status Info
Credits / debits, amounts and balances of the current account according to the operation type are followed in this field.

As the current account changes, required values are displayed automatically on this screen.

Current Account Card Monthly Details
Credit/Debit status of the current account can be followed on a monthly basis in this section. As the current account changes, required values are displayed automatically on this screen.

Credit/debit balances of only the relevant month are followed on this screen.

Current Account Card Delete Operation

If deletion will be executed on a Current Account Card that was defined beforehand, current account to be deleted is selected among the displayed list by either pressing on the F9 key or clicking on the list button. Alternatively, current account code to be deleted can be entered directly.

If the F6 key is pressed or the delete button is clicked after the current account information is displayed, “Are You Sure?” to delete warning is displayed. If Yes option is selected, delete operation is executed.

Account Code Change      

If a current account code defined beforehand is required to change, relevant current account is selected among the list displayed by either pressing on the F9 key or clicking on the list button in the Current Account Code field. Alternatively, current account code can be entered directly.

After the current account information is displayed, Account Code Change (F8) is selected by right clicking on the screen. Then Account Code Change screen will be displayed.

Code of the current account displayed to change appears on the screen as default in the Previous Account Code field.

New code that will be designated to the current account is entered into the New Account Code field.

Code Change operation is completed by clicking on the OK button.

All transactions that were processed with the previous code of the current account are transferred to the new code automatically by the program, when the code of the current account is changed.

Account Card Copy

Information concerning a current account in the defined current account cards can be transferred to a new current account under another code.

Current account that will be copied is selected among the current accounts list displayed by either pressing on the F9 key or clicking on the list button in the Current Account Code field. After displaying the information concerning the selected current account, Account Code Copy (SHIFT + F8) is selected by right clicking.

Account Code Copy filter is displayed on the screen.

Code of the current account to be copied is displayed as default in the Previous Account Code field.

Code of the new Current Account to be formed is entered into the New Account Code field.

Copying operation is realised by clicking on the OK button.

Displaying the Abstract of Account

Abstract of the required account can be displayed on the Current Account Card. Current account, for which the statement is required, is selected among the list displayed by pressing on the F9 key or clicking on the list button on the Current Account Code field. Alternatively, current account code can be entered directly.

Abstract of the Current Account is displayed by either clicking on the statement button or pressing on the SHIFT + F4 key combination after current account information is displayed on the screen.

Statistical Graphics

Account graphic can be taken according to the current account transactions at the current account card. In order to execute this operation, current account, for which the graphic will be displayed, is selected by pressing on the F9 key or clicking on the list button on the Current Account Code field. Statistical Graphics (SHIFT + F0) option is selected among the operation list displayed by right clicking on the account card.

The program transforms the information entered into the Current Account Receipts into statistical data.

Current Account Receipts

This is the section used for processing and following up of the current account transactions.

Receipt Type

Relevant receipt type is selected according to the operation type executed by clicking on the OK button. (Cash Payment, Cash Collection etc.)

Receipt Types

01 Cash Payment
Issuing is executed with this type of receipt when we make cash payment in exchange of any service or good.

02 Cash Collection
Receiving is executed with this type of receipt when we make cash collection in exchange of any service or good that we provide.

03 Debit Note
This type of receipt is used when we do not make cash payment in exchange of any service or goods that we are provided, and we prefer to be credited to the seller.

04 Credit Note
This type of receipt is used when we cannot make cash collection in exchange of any service or good that we provide, and we prefer to credit the receiver.

05 Remittance Receipt
This type of receipt is used to enter the remittance records at the current accounts.

06 Notes Received
This is the section, where note entry operations concerning the current account are made.

07 Notes Issued
This is the section, where note issuing operations concerning the current account are made.

08 Checks Received
This is the section, where check entry operations concerning the current account are made.

09 Checks Issued
This is the section, where check exit operations concerning the current account are made.

10 Purchasing Invoice
Purchasing invoices of any kind of goods and services can be executed in this field.

11 Sales Invoice
Sales invoices of any kind of goods and services can be executed in this field.

Receipt No
In this section, Receipt No is determined automatically by the program according to the selected receipt type. Receipts that were recorded beforehand can also be displayed in the Receipt No field by pressing on the F9 button or clicking on the list button.

Receipt No starts from 1 and continues in ascending order. Any intervention to the receipt number is not allowed in the program in order to make the order follow up possible.

Date
Date of the day is displayed automatically. If required, a different date can also be entered. By means of this flexibility, entries of past or future are possible.

Foreign Currency Rate

If the operation will be executed in foreign currency, currency rates should be processed on a daily basis initially. Foreign currency type to be applied is selected by clicking on the OK button in the foreign currency type field. Foreign currency rate concerning the selected foreign currency type is displayed on the Exchange Rate field. A different exchange rate can also be entered, if required.

Explanation
Required explanation concerning the executed operation can be entered. These explanations can be displayed on the receipt outputs or on the reports.

Special Fields
They are used to enter the information required to follow the firm in relation to the operated receipts. (Operation type, payment made by, confirmed by etc.)
These fields are parametric and they are defined in the SentezXL Setup Software/ Current Account Parameters section.

Current Account Receipt Entry

Account Code
Current Account to be operated is selected among the Current Account Cards list displayed by either pressing on the F9 key or clicking on the list button in the current account field. Account Code can also be entered directly. If the Current Account Card is not defined, a new current account card is opened by either pressing on the SHIFT + F9 key combination or clicking on the card button. By this token, a new current account is defined without exiting from the current account receipt.

Explanation
Required explanation can be entered on the basis of lines.

Document No

Document number concerning the operation is entered into this field in order to follow the receipt easier. We can follow the current account operations with the document number entered into this field.

Fixed Term Date

Fixed term date is defined in this field.

Debit/Credit

Amount of debit/credit is entered.

Foreign Currency Rate

Exchange rate concerning the selected foreign currency type is displayed automatically on this field. A different exchange rate can also be entered, if required.

Foreign Currency Amount

Foreign currency amount according to the selected foreign currency type is calculated automatically.

Foreign Exchange
Foreign currency type defined in the current account card is displayed automatically on this field.
After completing the receipt entry, it is recorded by either pressing on the F5 key or clicking on the record button. When you pass the lower line with the TAB button, the line is saved and a new line is opened automatically. New button can also be used to open a new line.

In order to make a new receipt entry, either click on the new button or press on the F4 key in the Receipt No field.

When there is any operation in the Piecework module (the price should be entered), price calculated in the Piecework is transferred automatically into the operated Current Account’s credit

Current Account Receipt Deletion Operation

If the entered current account receipt will be cancelled, relevant current account receipt should be displayed initially. If the F6 key is pressed or the delete button is clicked on the Current Account receipt, “Are You Sure?” to delete warning is displayed. If Yes option is selected, the receipt is cancelled.

Line Delete in the Current Account Receipt

If any line is will be deleted on the current account receipt, F6 key is pressed or the delete button is clicked on the relevant line, consequently “Are You Sure?” to delete warning is displayed. If Yes option is selected, the receipt line is cancelled.

Displaying the Account Statement on the Current Account Receipt

We can get the account statement on the current account receipt without exiting from the receipt. This operation can be executed on the current account receipts by using either SHIFT + F4 key combination or statement button on the current account for which the statement is required.
