Zeynep Giyim (Zeynep Clothing) that was founded in 1970 initially stepped into the textile sector with a retail unit. The firm that has established its name in the market for more than thirty years aims to provide its customers quality, on time and with the best possible prices.

After the initial years in the sector, the firm started to produce children textile products and export products such as stationary, toys, shoes and raincoats. Today, it reached a minimum monthly production volume of 80.000 units. Zeynep Giyim added the Corlu dyeing factory to its integrated facilities that have continuously been developed with the consultancy of an expert group of personnel working to increase capacity and maintain product quality. In this new facility, it was found necessary to follow up all work processes from raw fabric to shipping and consequently Sentez DYE Dye House and Textile Training Follow-Up System was chosen to meet this necessity.

By means of the Sentez DYE program, orders received from the customers can automatically be transferred to job orders on the basis of fabrics and customers. Moreover, laboratory and enterprise prescriptions can be defined. By following up the production process completely, details of each operation can be seen and job orders can automatically be closed. Price agreements on the basis of customers and dates can be executed according to prescription, processing and color work. By means of the program designed for all scales of dyeing houses, efficiency can be maximized as the inventory is continuously kept under control. Moreover, requirement and machinery planning can be executed.

Ms. Zeynep BENLI, a member of the Executive Committee of Zeynep Giyim, where Sentez DYE Dye House and Textile Training Follow-Up System is used, summarizes her views about the program as follows:

”We have been distributing our products under the brands of Zeyland and Zeynep throughout Turkey for almost 25 years. Furthermore, we have been exporting to many countries including Germany , the Great Britain and France for more than 12 years. In our dyeing, printing and finishing facilities, we have a daily capacity of dyeing for 9 tons of knitted fabric and 15.000 meters of woven fabric. In our facilities, while only 20 % of fabric training is executed for our own apparel production, 80 % is done for other apparel manufacturers. We started to use the Sentez DYE Dye House Follow-Up Program in order to follow up the work process of our products, which are designed and manufactured completely in our own facilities, starting from the raw fabric at the dyeing house. By means of the program, we are now able to follow up the situation of our raw fabric, inventory and shipping in detail. We can automatically plan the work process of our boilers and the relevant machineries by preparing our laboratory and enterprise prescriptions in detail. All our fabric training processes including that for other firms and for ZEYNEP GIYIM are executed in accordance to the conditions of the EKOTEKS 100 standard documents for export.
